Returns & Exchanges

At Sleaford Mods, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure efficient processing at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been fully processed.
